GfsVariableBoolean

GfsVariableBoolean is used to store "boolean" values which need to stay consistent when refining and coarsening. Any strictly negative value of the variable is considered "undefined". Any new (refined) cell with a parent cell whose value is undefined will be initialised with an undefined value. Conversely any parent cell which has children with undefined values will also be initialised with an undefined value. Positive ("defined") values are maintained in the usual way.
