GfsAdaptThickness
From Gerris
GfsAdaptThickness is used to control the level of refinement of interfaces defined using a GfsVariableTracerVOFHeight. With VOF methods reconnections of topologically separate interfacial regions generally occur whenever interface fragments are separated by less than two cells. GfsAdaptThickness allows to control the spatial scale at which this reconnection occurs. The mesh is adapted so that interface reconnections do not occur before the maxlevel
parameter of GfsAdaptThickness is reached.
The syntax in parameter files is:
[ GfsAdapt ] NAME
where NAME
is the name of the GfsVariableTracerVOFHeight describing the interface.
