A unipolar injection is established between an inner cylindrical core and an outer grounded cylinder by means of a voltage difference. The gap between cylinders is filled with a dielectric medium. A front of charge traverses the dielectric medium and finally the steady solution shown in figure 199 is reached. The simulation uses a polar coordinate metric.
